- • Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Python frameworks including Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
- • Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations.
- • Implement asynchronous task processing using Celery, Redis, and RabbitMQ for distributed systems.
- • Develop data-driven applications leveraging both PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.
- • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage.
- • Support QA engineers by enabling test automation and ensuring adherence to code quality and security standards.
- • Conduct peer code reviews to uphold best practices in coding, performance, and security.
- • Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
- • Optimize build, deployment, and release processes to enhance reliability and speed of software delivery.
- • Collaborate with solutions designers, business analysts, and test engineers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business objectives.
- • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and resilient technical solutions.
- • Design systems for high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance in production environments.
- • Monitor service performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues impacting system reliability.
- • Provide technical leadership on routine projects and mentor junior engineers in software development practices.
- • Conduct training sessions for application users to ensure effective adoption and usage of developed systems.
- • Maintain proficiency in Git/GitLab for version control, branching, and collaborative development workflows.
- • Apply modern DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment cycles.
- • Demonstrate adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset in evolving technical environments.
- • Maintain technical curiosity and actively seek opportunities to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

- • Leverage experience in telecoms or OSS/BSS environments to enhance solution design and implementation where applicable.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar development role with 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- • Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI
- • Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs
- • Proficiency in Celery, RabbitMQ, and Redis for distributed task processing
- • Solid database skills with PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL)
- • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
