- • Day to day, you will lead strategic development of the AI Ops platform, manage software updates and releases, mentor junior staff, maintain technical documentation, collaborate with QA for compliance, analyze market trends, and lead collaborative development sessions using AWS, Golang, Python, and related technologies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- • 5-8 years of experience coding and developing in Golang, Python, R, or comparable languages
- • AWS Certified with expert-level experience leveraging AWS to build software and automated testing frameworks
- • Proven ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams
- • Experience defining and managing automation projects with a focus on strategic goals, including ITSM and AIOps solutions
