- • Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators to support Amplify’s ERP and HCM ecosystems, focusing on NetSuite, Blackline, Pigment, and Workday systems to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
- • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of system enhancements, ensuring compliance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
- • Amplify Education, Inc. is a mission-driven leader in K–12 education technology, serving over 18 million students and teachers nationwide by delivering research-based curriculum, assessment, and learning platforms that empower educators and improve learning outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic technical leadership skills, drive AI integration initiatives, and shape the future of Amplify’s internal business systems while mentoring high-performing teams in a remote, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within an IT organization, managing a diverse team of developers and professionals
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite development
- • Proven experience in large-scale business systems development with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology delivery teams using CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing development, project management, and release management systems (e.g., JIRA, GitHub, Salto)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
