As a DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the robust cloud infrastructure that underpins our revolutionary AI platform, tackling unprecedented technical challenges in foundation model development and transforming how global enterprises operate.
• • This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a category-defining company, contributing from the ground up to technology that will redefine the enterprise AI landscape. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• • Design and implement cutting-edge cloud infrastructure from scratch, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to support our rapidly growing AI workloads. This includes architecting secure, scalable, and cost-effective environments on leading cloud platforms.
• • Build and maintain sophisticated Kubernetes clusters, meticulously optimized for demanding GPU workloads essential for machine learning model training and inference, as well as for hosting our Production SaaS offerings. Your expertise will ensure seamless deployment and operation of our complex ML applications.
• • Champion and implement GitOps principles using tools like ArgoCD, enabling automated, declarative, and auditable continuous deployment pipelines for both infrastructure and applications. This will streamline our release cycles and enhance operational stability.
• • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring that our cloud resources are provisioned, configured, and managed in a consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled manner. This foundational practice is key to our ability to scale and maintain our infrastructure.
• • Create, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for both infrastructure provisioning and application deployment. You will ensure that our development teams can iterate quickly and reliably, with automated testing and deployment gates.
• • Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions for our distributed systems. This includes setting up tools and dashboards to gain deep insights into system performance, identify potential issues proactively, and ensure high availability.
• • Automate routine infrastructure management tasks using scripting languages such as Python and Bash, freeing up valuable engineering time and reducing the potential for human error. Your automation efforts will be critical to our operational efficiency.
• • Collaborate closely with our talented ML engineers to deeply understand their infrastructure requirements and optimize the environment for efficient model training, hyperparameter tuning, and high-performance model serving.
• • Implement and rigorously maintain cost optimization strategies (FinOps) for all cloud resources. You will be responsible for monitoring and actively optimizing cloud spending, with a particular focus on managing the significant costs associated with GPU-intensive workloads, ensuring we maximize value and efficiency.
• • Proactively monitor cloud resource utilization and performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance system efficiency and reduce latency. Your insights will directly impact the performance and cost-effectiveness of our AI platform.
• • Contribute to the security posture of our cloud infrastructure, implementing best practices for network security, access control, and data protection in alignment with industry standards and company policies.
