• • Shape the backbone of NordPass & NordLocker: design, build, and harden the CI/CD pipelines that deliver password-security and encrypted-storage products to 7 million users and 10,000+ companies worldwide. • • Own the full automation stack: author elegant Python, Bash, Makefile, and Golang scripts that provision, configure, and heal infrastructure; turn repetitive tasks into one-click workflows so engineers can focus on features instead of firefighting.
• • Architect reusable, versioned Terraform modules with Terragrunt at enterprise scale. Your code will be the golden template used by multiple squads, enforcing DRY principles, cost controls, and security guardrails across AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare.
• • Run Kubernetes like clockwork: spin up, upgrade, and secure multi-cluster environments (EKS & GKE) with ArgoCD GitOps, enforce OPA policies, and integrate Falco runtime security so threats are caught before they become incidents.
• • Bridge Linux and Windows worlds: containerise legacy .NET services, orchestrate hybrid node groups, and ensure consistent observability whether the workload lives in a Ubuntu pod or a Windows IIS VM.
• • Embed security into every layer: partner with Security, SRE, and Product teams to threat-model each change, wire Checkmarx & Trivy into the pipeline, and push compliance-as-code so SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR checks pass automatically.
• • Build self-service golden paths: create developer portals, ChatOps commands, and automated runbooks that let any engineer ship a new microservice in minutes with built-in monitoring, alerting, and cost attribution.
• • Drive observability excellence: extend our Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry stack; tune SLIs/SLOs, craft actionable alerts, and automate incident response so pages fire only when they truly matter.
• • Champion continuous improvement: run post-mortems without blame, quantify reliability wins, and present quarterly roadmaps that turn tribal knowledge into scalable engineering standards.
• • Experiment with the future: prototype MLOps workflows, GPU-enabled nodes, and AI-driven cost-optimisation so NordPass stays two steps ahead of attackers and market demands.
