- • Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for multiple internal products and business units within Universe Group’s Strategy & Growth team.
- • Design and implement reusable templates, boilerplates, and standardized configurations to accelerate the launch of new products.
- • Set up, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling to enable faster, more reliable software delivery.
- • Develop self-service, developer-friendly infrastructure platforms that reduce dependency on centralized DevOps teams.
- • Design and implement monitoring, security, and stability systems to ensure high reliability across all supported platforms.
- • Provide direct support to engineering teams by resolving infrastructure and platform-related bottlenecks and challenges.
- • Influence and shape technical standards, engineering practices, and DevOps methodologies across multiple product teams.
- • Integrate AI-assisted automation workflows into infrastructure and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual toil.
- • Lead the adoption of Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx) principles to improve engineering velocity and satisfaction.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Product to align infrastructure strategy with business growth objectives.
- • Drive the creation of internal platforms that scale not only technically but also organizationally, enabling autonomous product development.
- • Participate in evaluating and selecting new tools and technologies, especially in the areas of PaaS, cloud-native architecture, and AI-enabled DevOps.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s DevOps culture by promoting ownership, automation, and continuous improvement.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where context changes frequently and decisions must be made independently with strong technical justification.
- • Shape the future direction of DevOps and Platform Engineering within Universe Group, with a clear path toward becoming Head of DevOps or Platform Lead.
🎯 Requirements
- • Commercial experience with AWS infrastructure
- • Proven experience building infrastructure from scratch
- • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- • Understanding of scalable architecture and modern DevOps/Platform Engineering practices
- • Ability to independently make and defend technical decisions
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- • Demonstrated initiative, ownership mindset, and influence over engineering practices
