  • • As a Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of bringing our innovative products to life. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality technical implementations that align precisely with pre-defined business objectives. This role is crucial in translating complex client needs into seamless, effective digital adoption strategies.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and drive user adoption of various software applications. This involves a deep understanding of user behavior, application workflows, and the capabilities of the WalkMe platform.
  • • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, business goals, and the specific software environments they operate within. This consultative approach is key to identifying opportunities where WalkMe can deliver maximum value.
  • • Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans for the WalkMe platform. This includes defining the scope of work, outlining the necessary configurations, and setting clear deliverables.
  • • Configure and customize the WalkMe platform to meet specific client needs. This may involve creating custom walkthroughs, building targeted shout-outs, designing automated tasks, and integrating with other client systems.
  • • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of implemented solutions to ensure they function as intended and meet all specified requirements. Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise during the implementation process.
  • • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. This includes training client administrators and end-users on how to effectively utilize the WalkMe platform.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and strategic recommendations for leveraging digital adoption to achieve their business outcomes. This involves staying abreast of industry trends and the evolving capabilities of the WalkMe suite.
  • • Work in tandem with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and successful client experience. Share insights gained from client interactions to inform product development and improve service offerings.
  • • Develop a deep expertise in the WalkMe platform's features, functionalities, and technical architecture. Continuously expand your knowledge base to address a wide range of client use cases and technical challenges.
  • • Contribute to the development of internal best practices, implementation methodologies, and reusable assets to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team.
  • • Analyze client usage data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization of implemented solutions. Proactively suggest enhancements to drive greater user engagement and achieve desired business results.
  • • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
  • • Become an expert in understanding the nuances of various enterprise software applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and how WalkMe can best integrate and enhance their user experience.
  • • Troubleshoot complex technical issues that may arise during implementation or post-go-live, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • • Document implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • • Champion the value of digital adoption within client organizations, demonstrating how WalkMe can drive efficiency, reduce support costs, improve employee productivity, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
