  • • Tremendous is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the execution and ongoing optimization of our paid advertising initiatives across a variety of digital channels, including paid social, display, video, and native advertising. You will collaborate closely with our talented ad strategists, contributing significantly to pipeline growth and the achievement of our marketing objectives across five distinct Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous deployment and active management of programmatic and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. This involves navigating and leveraging platforms for display, native advertising, paid social media, and video advertising to reach and engage our target audiences effectively. You will be expected to understand the nuances of each channel and tailor campaign strategies accordingly to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • • A core component of this role is the implementation and continuous refinement of post-click testing strategies. This requires a rigorous test, measure, and learn approach, ensuring that every aspect of the campaign, from ad creative to landing page experience, is optimized for maximum conversion. You will be responsible for setting up A/B tests, analyzing the results, and iterating on campaign elements to drive superior performance.
  • • You will be tasked with in-depth analysis of both ad performance data and landing page metrics. This analytical rigor will enable you to identify key areas for improvement and formulate data-driven recommendations for ad and website optimizations. The ultimate goal is to achieve and exceed our targets for conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • • This role demands a proactive mindset. You will be expected to constantly monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and swiftly adjust tactics to ensure ongoing success. A proven ability to enhance campaign efficiency and increase lead volumes through strategic adjustments will be critical to your effectiveness.
