📋 Description

• Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across BJAK’s digital channels
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using digital analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital content marketing and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, and Product to align content initiatives with overall business objectives
• Prepare and present regular reports on content performance and ROI to key stakeholders
• Ensure all published content consistently reflects BJAK’s brand voice, messaging, and quality standards
• Drive audience engagement through compelling storytelling and targeted content tailored to the UK market
• Optimize content campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize conversion rates and user retention
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
• Act as a content lead within a flat organizational structure, taking initiative and contributing directly to the company’s mission of digitizing industries and improving efficiency
• Work in a fast-paced, high-execution environment requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills
• Maintain a deep understanding of digital channel algorithms, content distribution trends, and audience behavior patterns
• Leverage analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Contribute to the growth of BJAK’s digital presence by identifying new content opportunities and emerging platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or similar roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital channels, content strategies, algorithms, and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines
