- • Plans and executes upper-funnel digital content and media initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and downstream engagement across programmatic media, branded content placements, audio and connected TV (CTV) partnerships, affiliate networks, and digital podcast and influencer advertising.
- • Owns day-to-day execution and optimization of assigned digital channels, ensuring measurable, scalable, and aligned outcomes with overall digital marketing objectives.
- • Manages relationships with media platforms, publishers, and external partners to secure effective placement, maintain messaging alignment, and deliver against performance expectations.
- • Collaborates with internal content, creative, and technology teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration across digital touchpoints.
- • Monitors channel performance using platform reporting, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau), and defined KPIs to evaluate reach, efficiency, engagement, and contribution to full-funnel conversion outcomes.
- • Analyzes campaign and channel performance to surface actionable insights, recommend optimizations, and communicate trends and learnings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Applies and evolves best practices in digital content distribution, media execution, and performance measurement, while monitoring emerging platforms, formats, and industry trends to enhance channel effectiveness.
- • Partners closely with Digital Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Technology teams to integrate digital content and media efforts into broader campaign journeys and activation plans.
- • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, consistently witnesses for Jesus Christ, and upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
- • Acts as an advocate for children’s needs, prioritizes child protection in all decision-making, abides by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct, and reports any concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- • Demonstrates a courteous, Christ-like attitude in all interactions with colleagues and external partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of relevant digital marketing experience with a focus on digital content distribution, media execution, or upper-funnel channels.
- • Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize digital media and content initiatives across programmatic display, branded content placements, audio/podcast sponsorships, connected TV/streaming video, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
- • Hands-on experience with digital media and content distribution platforms such as DSPs, publisher platforms, affiliate networks, or influencer platforms.
- • Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing principles and how upper-funnel activities contribute to awareness, consideration, engagement, and conversion.
- • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau) to evaluate performance and inform optimization decisions.
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Digital Marketing teams and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- • Salary range of $92,330.00 – $108,476.00.
- • Geographic differential available for employees in high-cost-of-labor locations such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA.
