📋 Description

• As Digital Demand Gen Manager at Assort Health, you will own and scale the inbound engine by driving paid media, website conversion, and search visibility across search engines and LLMs, turning channel spend into predictable pipeline while treating the website as a product and AI discoverability as the next frontier.
• Day to day, you will manage paid media budgets and agency partners on Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms; optimize website conversion through demo flows, landing pages, and CRO experiments; drive SEO and AEO strategies to grow LLM referrals; run rapid experimentation across channels and messaging; leverage AI tools for research, creative, and reporting with strong QA; and define and report channel performance from spend to SQO in partnership with RevOps.
• Assort Health is the fastest-growing AI agents company in healthcare, building omnichannel AI agents that handle patient interactions across call, text, and chat, integrated with EHR and PMS systems. • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-augmented demand generation, master the intersection of traditional B2B marketing and emerging LLM/AEO channels, scale pipeline through data-driven experimentation, and contribute directly to Assort’s mission of fixing fragmented patient access to care by making healthcare interactions seamless and intelligent.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B digital marketing or demand gen, owning paid and web channels tied to pipeline, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven record scaling paid search and paid social efficiently, thinking in pipeline-per-dollar, not impressions
• Hands-on experience with CRO and web analytics: landing page testing, conversion funnels, GA4/HubSpot
• SEO fundamentals plus a sharp point of view on AEO and LLM discoverability
• Demonstrated AI fluency: research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA; tools like Claude
• Strong analytical mindset tied to pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics
