đź“‹ Description
- • As a Digital Events & Community Manager at Bluehost, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital event strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement for small businesses.
- • You will own the complete lifecycle of our recurring webinar program, from initial concept and planning through meticulous promotion, seamless execution, and insightful post-event reporting. This includes identifying relevant topics, securing engaging speakers, managing technical aspects, and analyzing performance to optimize future sessions.
- • Beyond webinars, you will spearhead the planning and execution of larger-scale digital events, such as an annual summit or conference, designed to elevate our brand presence and provide significant value to our audience.
- • You will also orchestrate smaller, more intimate virtual gatherings like customer roundtables and customer advisory boards, fostering direct engagement and gathering crucial feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with partners to develop and execute co-marketing events, leveraging these opportunities to expand our reach, generate qualified leads, and create valuable co-branded content that resonates with a wider audience.
- • You will be tasked with developing and actively managing an online community, cultivating a space where customers and prospects can connect, share insights, and engage with our brand on an ongoing basis.
- • This includes implementing strategies to drive participation, foster meaningful discussions, and build a loyal community around Bluehost's offerings.
- • A significant responsibility will be the strategic repurposing of event content. You will transform live and recorded events into a variety of on-demand assets, including highlight reels, blog posts, social media snippets, and other derivative content.
- • This repurposed content will be crucial for nurturing leads, enriching our website, and providing valuable enablement materials for the sales team, ensuring maximum ROI from every event.
- • You will be the guardian of event performance metrics, meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of all digital events.
- • Your insights will ensure that our digital event strategy is tightly aligned with broader demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and sales team objectives, contributing directly to pipeline growth.
- • You will manage all operational aspects of our digital events, including selecting and managing event platforms, overseeing the event budget, coordinating with external vendors, and cultivating strong relationships with speakers and industry influencers.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to innovation, where you will continuously experiment with new interactive event formats and technologies to enhance attendee experience.
- • You will also be responsible for benchmarking our digital event strategies against competitor activities and industry best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- • By driving engaging digital experiences, you will contribute significantly to increasing brand awareness, establishing thought leadership within the small business ecosystem, and fostering deep customer loyalty.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, making a tangible impact on Bluehost's mission to empower small businesses to succeed online.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management.
- • Proven success in planning, executing, and measuring the impact of both webinars and larger-scale virtual events.
- • Strong understanding of demand generation principles, pipeline attribution models, and event ROI measurement.
- • Experience with online community building, engagement platforms, and content repurposing strategies.
- • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and various event management platforms.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
- • Comprehensive health insurance options including Medical, Dental, and Vision.
- • Health Savings Account (HSA) and a matching 401K plan.
- • Generous vacation policy and paid time off.
- • Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and career growth within the company.
