  • • Own the technical SEO roadmap for Esko.com and its multilingual web properties, ensuring every page is discoverable, crawlable, and primed to rank across global markets. You will conduct deep-dive audits, architect site structures, implement schema markup, and continuously refine canonicalization, hreflang, and internal linking strategies to outpace competitors in an AI-driven search landscape.
  • • Lead web performance optimization initiatives that shrink page-load times, improve Core Web Vitals, and elevate user experience for designers, brand owners, and converters who rely on Esko’s tools. You will partner with developers, designers, and DevOps to compress assets, streamline code, and leverage CDNs so that every interaction feels instantaneous, regardless of device or geography.
  • • Configure and govern Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data-layer architecture across a complex, multilingual CMS environment. You will ensure every click, scroll, form submission, and asset download is captured accurately, feeding clean data to marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and Salesforce for precise lead scoring and attribution.
  • • Build executive-ready dashboards and recurring reports that translate raw analytics into actionable insights. You will monitor organic traffic trends, SERP feature shifts, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI, then present findings to stakeholders in Product, Demand Gen, and Regional Marketing to guide budget allocation and content strategy.
  • • Manage end-to-end technical web projects—from landing page builds to site-wide enhancements—using agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana. You will scope requirements, coordinate developers and designers, enforce QA standards, and deliver on time while balancing SEO, UX, and localization constraints.
  • • Champion global web governance and localization workflows. You will collaborate with regional content owners, translators, and brand managers to maintain consistent UX patterns, taxonomy, and SEO implementation across 10+ languages, ensuring every market feels locally relevant yet globally aligned.
  • • Experiment relentlessly. You will design and run A/B and multivariate tests on headlines, CTAs, page layouts, and schema variations to lift engagement and pipeline contribution. You will also stay ahead of emerging trends—AI overviews, zero-click SERPs, voice search—and pilot innovative tactics that future-proof Esko’s digital presence.
  • • Influence cross-functional priorities by translating technical SEO and analytics insights into compelling business narratives. You will brief executives on why a site-speed gain or schema rollout will drive pipeline, and you will mentor junior marketers on best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • • Safeguard the integrity of the digital experience. You will monitor crawl errors, index bloat, redirect chains, and security headers, partnering with IT to resolve issues before they impact users or rankings. You will also maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials that scale expertise across the organization.
  • • Thrive in a remote-first, pan-European team where asynchronous communication, empathy, and curiosity are core values. You will join daily stand-ups, fortnightly retros, and quarterly planning sessions, contributing to a psychologically safe environment where bold ideas and constructive feedback are celebrated.
