- • As a Digital Learning Executive at John Wiley & Sons, Inc., you will drive technology-required adoptions and support the growth of digital courseware solutions across higher education institutions, directly impacting student learning outcomes and institutional partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities, deliver strategic presentations to instructors and committees, manage a sales pipeline using SFDC, conduct in-person and remote trainings on Wiley’s digital offerings, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop training and retention strategies.
- • You will join a mission-driven sales team at Wiley, a 200+ year leader in science, education, and publishing, working closely with product development, marketing, and market development teams to shape the future of digital learning solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in higher education sales, digital learning technologies, LMS/LTI integration, and territory planning, while building long-term partnerships with 2- and 4-year institutions and advancing your career in educational technology and impact-driven sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
- • Sales experience with a background in higher education is strongly preferred.
- • Ability to travel 30-40% (mostly by car; occasionally by air) and reside in the Miami or Orlando area with a valid driver’s license.
- • Strong presentation, organization, planning, and leadership skills with a self-starter mindset.
- • Experience using SFDC to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and report on account intelligence.
- • Ability to analyze territory data and develop business plans to drive digital courseware growth.
