- • Manage a team of 1–2 buyers, providing leadership, escalation support, and guidance on daily deliverables.
- • Lead performance development plan (PDP) reviews and goal setting for direct reports to foster professional growth.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication between the agency, international offices, and global client stakeholders.
- • Develop and execute programmatic and social media planning strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
- • Produce and present scheduled reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for clients.
- • Uncover client challenges and needs to deliver tailored solutions such as reporting dashboards, forecasting methodologies, paid media integration frameworks, and industry POV documents.
- • Create and maintain a standardized framework for Quarterly Business Reviews to drive strategic alignment and performance tracking.
- • Drive innovation by ensuring the client remains at the forefront of emerging programmatic and social media trends and technologies.
- • Provide digital leadership through regular status updates on campaign deliverables, deadlines, and reporting timelines.
- • Manage the creation of integrated digital media plans grounded in a technical understanding of digital ecosystems and platform capabilities.
- • Evaluate partner technology capabilities and functionality to optimize campaign execution and platform selection.
- • Identify and recommend new programmatic partners and social platforms to expand client reach and effectiveness.
- • Track and manage media budgets across campaigns, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with ROI targets.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize results, and exceed client KPIs including ROI, budget, and traffic goals.
- • Support junior team members with campaign activation, optimization, and reporting tasks to ensure high-quality delivery.
- • Upskill junior team members on programmatic and social media activation, data analysis, and industry best practices.
- • Maintain consistently high standards for data accuracy, reporting integrity, and operational excellence within the team.
- • Contribute to PHD’s company culture through initiatives such as writing thought leadership pieces, participating in charity events, and sharing technical expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years working in social planning and/or activation
- • Demonstrated team management experience with a passion for developing people
- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Excellent numerical skills and confidence analyzing data using Excel
- • Strong spoken and written English
- • Ability to manage client and market interests in a culturally sensitive manner
