This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of significant client relationships, serving as the strategic lynchpin between our innovative clients and our expert in-house media buying team. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable success, allowing you to focus on strategic leadership rather than getting bogged down in day-to-day execution.

Our clients range from cutting-edge VC-backed telehealth startups to established wellness platforms, all seeking to amplify their reach and impact through sophisticated performance marketing. As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of these partnerships, acting as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of 6-10 key accounts, with a strong emphasis on the digital health category.
- • Your core responsibility will be to deeply understand each client's unique business objectives and translate them into comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing plans. This involves not only developing the strategy but also closely collaborating with our highly skilled media buying team to ensure seamless campaign execution across a diverse range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels. You will be the bridge, ensuring that the strategic vision is effectively translated into tactical execution, and that our media buyers have the insights they need to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- • A critical aspect of this role is your ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret complex data sets, and translate these findings into clear, actionable insights for clients. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering insightful reports that not only showcase results but also provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and growth. This proactive approach to performance analysis is key to identifying new opportunities, driving client success, and ultimately, fostering long-term partnerships.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in client retention and satisfaction. By consistently delivering exceptional results and maintaining open, transparent communication, you will build strong, trusting relationships with your clients.
