• • A core responsibility involves the development of diverse client and financial professional-facing content. This includes crafting engaging newsletters, designing effective email templates, producing informative flyers, creating captivating social media posts, and preparing professional presentations. The Associate will be tasked with generating social media content specifically for 1847Financial's official accounts, as well as building comprehensive content libraries that financial professionals can leverage on their personal channels, thereby extending the firm's reach and brand consistency.
• • The role requires hands-on management of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot. This involves building, scheduling, and sending emails, with a critical focus on ensuring absolute accuracy and adherence to all compliance regulations. Furthermore, the Associate will be responsible for producing bespoke marketing collateral, including custom emails, flyers, and social media posts, specifically for the firm's 'gold-level' financial professionals, offering them personalized support to enhance their individual marketing efforts.
• • Operational duties include managing users within the FMG Marketing Suite. This encompasses setting up new users, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring content within the platform is up-to-date and relevant.
