• We are seeking a Digital Marketing Content Producer to lead the creation of short-form, social-first video content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.
• This role focuses on producing high-quality, platform-optimized content aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals.
• Produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Own the end-to-end production process including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Translate marketing campaigns and messaging into engaging video content.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content planning and launches.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience producing short-form video content for digital marketing or social media.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills tailored to social platforms.
• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple content deliverables independently.
