- • Own the heartbeat of One Kings Lane’s digital presence by managing and publishing compelling content across web, email, and social channels—ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably “OKL.”
- • Audit, edit, and standardize creative assets, copy, and metadata so that product launches, seasonal campaigns, and flash promotions land with pixel-perfect consistency and brand voice.
- • Build and maintain 360° content calendars and performance dashboards that track deadlines, creative status, publishing accuracy, and campaign KPIs—turning chaos into clarity for cross-functional partners.
- • Monitor real-time campaign metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) and translate data into actionable insights—rapidly A/B testing visuals, subject lines, and CTAs to lift performance when it matters most.
- • Partner daily with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to align storytelling with inventory flow—ensuring sofas sell out because the photography, copy, and targeting were all in lock-step.
- • Coordinate asset delivery during high-stakes promotional windows (think Black Friday or Designer Capsule drops) so that last-minute swaps, legal approvals, and translations happen without a hitch.
- • Champion the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools—experimenting with generative copy, predictive send-time optimization, and automated tagging to unlock new levels of efficiency and creativity.
- • Present weekly performance read-outs to the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership, spotlighting wins, misses, and next-step experiments that shape quarterly strategy.
- • Uphold accessibility and compliance standards across all digital properties, ensuring every customer—regardless of device or ability—can shop and be inspired.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing best practices, tool hacks, and emerging platform updates during weekly “Growth Huddles.”
- • Act as the brand’s digital gatekeeper, catching off-brand colors, typos, or broken links before customers ever see them—protecting the trust we’ve built over a decade.
- • Explore new channels (Pinterest Idea Pins, TikTok Shop, SMS drops) and pilot micro-campaigns that could become the next scalable growth lever for the portfolio.
- • Translate customer feedback loops—reviews, social comments, NPS verbatims—into content tweaks that deepen loyalty and lifetime value.
- • Balance creativity with ruthless organization: one moment you’re dreaming up a whimsical Instagram carousel, the next you’re building a 200-row spreadsheet that keeps 14 stakeholders in sync.
- • Thrive in a remote-first environment where Slack huddles replace hallway conversations and “done is better than perfect” is tempered by an obsession with craft.
