This pivotal role is centered around the meticulous planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across a spectrum of leading platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. The core mission of this position is to drive measurable business growth by ensuring campaigns not only reach their target audiences effectively but also deliver exceptional Return on Investment (ROI).
- • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our advertising operations, acting as the primary driver for campaign success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial setup and strategic planning to ongoing monitoring, rigorous analysis, and continuous optimization. This is a hands-on role that demands a deep understanding of digital advertising mechanics and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve the daily monitoring of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will be expected to identify performance trends, diagnose any deviations from targets, and implement data-driven adjustments to ensure objectives are consistently met or surpassed.
- • Innovation and continuous improvement are paramount. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive A/B testing strategies. This includes experimenting with various ad creatives, compelling copy, precise audience targeting, and sophisticated bidding methodologies to uncover the most effective combinations that resonate with our target users and drive conversions.
