- • Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- • Monitor and analyze daily campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
- • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to identify high-performing variations.
- • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad assets and landing experiences.
- • Troubleshoot real-time issues related to ad delivery, tracking, targeting, or sudden performance drops across platforms.
- • Manage and allocate campaign budgets across multiple channels to maximize ROI and efficient spend.
- • Build detailed weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key insights, optimization actions, and budget utilization.
- • Stay current on platform updates, beta features, algorithm changes, and new ad formats across Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
- • Set up and manage conversion tracking using UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
- • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target high-intent and high-converting user groups.
- • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners to execute large-scale or specialized campaign initiatives.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with no micromanagement.
- • Take full ownership of campaign outcomes, with performance directly impacting company revenue and growth.
- • Work in a hybrid model based in London, with high autonomy and a startup mentality focused on measurable outcomes.
- • Communicate findings clearly and propose actionable next steps based on data-driven insights.
- • Juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and optimizations with precision and focus under tight timelines.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- • Proven experience in digital advertising operations or performance marketing roles.
- • Hands-on expertise in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related ad tools.
- • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Reporting, and campaign dashboards.
- • Strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and targeting mechanisms.
- • Experience with conversion tracking, including UTM parameters, pixel setup, and Google Tag Manager.
