- • Lead the global digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation across all online channels.
- • Own and execute the roadmap for owned and earned digital channels, including website, paid media, SEO, and emerging platforms.
- • Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and high-performance execution.

- • Oversee website strategy, UX, and performance, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- • Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives across landing pages, conversion flows, and digital assets.
- • Manage global paid media programs across search, display, social, and ABM platforms, ensuring optimal ROI and pipeline generation.
- • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to design and execute integrated digital campaigns.
- • Partner with creative and content teams to amplify thought leadership through optimized digital assets, including blogs, reports, and social campaigns.
- • Innovate new digital formats to showcase brand expertise using interactive and multimedia content.
- • Utilize analytics and attribution models to monitor, evaluate, and optimize digital performance across all channels.
- • Collaborate with Sales Operations to deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and improve marketing effectiveness.
- • Stay current on digital trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- • Ensure consistent digital experience and brand messaging across all owned channels globally.
- • Maintain proficiency with core marketing technologies including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Demandbase.
- • Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver high-impact digital outcomes.
- • Apply a data-driven mindset to solve problems, measure success, and continuously refine digital tactics.
- • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, content, sales, and operations.
