• • Own and scale paid search performance across a multi-client portfolio in an agency-style environment with a focus on generating high-quality leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• • Develop and present data-driven SEM strategies that directly impact client outcomes, including campaign structure, intent mapping, and performance diagnostics.
• • Execute daily campaign management tasks including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, conversion tagging, negative keyword implementation, and bid strategy selection.
• • Maintain rigorous lead quality control by leveraging match types, audience layering, landing page alignment, and conversion tracking for both form fills and phone calls.
• • Write high-converting ad copy, headlines, and descriptions tailored to client goals and aligned with landing page messaging.
• • Build and maintain clear, client-facing performance reports using Looker Studio, monitoring core KPIs and proactively developing optimization plans based on data insights.
• • Serve as the primary client-facing expert, translating complex performance metrics into clear, non-technical explanations to manage expectations and build trust.
• • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign operations and timely delivery of client deliverables.
• • Utilize automation tools and AI to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and accelerate onboarding processes for new client accounts.
• • Manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines across multiple client accounts using project management tools such as ClickUp and Google tools.
• • Operate within structured workflows, SOPs, and dashboards to ensure consistency, scalability, and accountability in campaign execution.
• • Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying potential performance issues before they impact client results and implementing preventive solutions.
• • Prioritize effectively across multiple projects and accounts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
• • Maintain deep expertise in Google Ads lead generation, including offline conversion tracking and budget pacing optimization.
• • Stay current with platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in paid search to continuously improve campaign performance.
• • Contribute to a remote-first culture that values ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and urgent execution.
• • Work from anywhere in the world for up to three months per year while maintaining full productivity and client service standards.
