Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the end-to-end digital marketing roadmap for Naveris, translating our mission—"no one should have to succumb to viral-mediated cancers"—into measurable online experiences that reach thousands of physicians and patients every month.
  • • Architect and execute omnichannel campaigns that span paid search, programmatic display, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and emerging channels, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the NavDx brand promise and drives qualified leads into the sales funnel.
  • • Lead day-to-day management of Naveris.com, partnering with IT, design, and clinical SMEs to deliver a frictionless user journey—from first symptom search to physician portal login—while continuously A/B testing CTAs, forms, and content to lift conversion rates.
  • • Build and nurture automated customer journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent), segmenting by persona (oncologist, ENT, OB-GYN, patient, caregiver) and stage (awareness, consideration, adoption, advocacy) to deliver hyper-relevant content at exactly the right moment.
  • • Oversee a six-figure annual paid media budget, optimizing keyword bids, audience targeting, creative rotation, and landing-page alignment to achieve a 3:1+ ROAS while staying compliant with FDA, HIPAA, and Google healthcare advertising policies.
  • • Translate complex clinical data into scroll-stopping creative briefs for agencies and freelancers, ensuring every banner, email, and video balances scientific accuracy with emotional resonance for both clinicians and anxious patients awaiting answers.
  • • Establish KPIs across the funnel—impressions, CTR, cost-per-lead, MQL→SQL conversion, downstream test utilization—and build executive-level dashboards in Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce to surface insights that inform quarterly strategy pivots.
  • • Partner with Sales Ops to maintain CRM hygiene, enforce CAN-SPAM/GDPR consent, and create closed-loop reporting so marketing-sourced pipeline can be traced all the way to revenue and patient impact.
  • • Coordinate with Medical Education to repurpose KOL webinars, conference abstracts, and peer-review publications into snackable digital assets that extend thought-leadership reach and shorten the clinical adoption curve.
  • • Serve as the internal evangelist for experimentation: champion bi-weekly growth sprints, run multivariate tests on ad copy and landing pages, and institutionalize a culture where every hypothesis is measured, learned from, and scaled or killed quickly.
  • • Manage external vendors—SEO agencies, web-dev shops, creative studios, and media buyers—holding them to SLAs, brand guidelines, and performance benchmarks while negotiating contracts that stretch every marketing dollar.
  • • Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving diagnostics landscape, monitoring competitor messaging, FDA label updates, and Google algorithm changes to ensure Naveris remains the authoritative voice in HPV-driven cancer detection.
  • • Contribute to annual planning and quarterly OKR setting, presenting data-backed recommendations for budget reallocation, channel expansion, and new audience penetration that align with corporate revenue goals and patient-access initiatives.
  • • Foster a collaborative, high-feedback culture across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Regulatory teams, ensuring digital initiatives are compliant, clinically credible, and commercially impactful in equal measure.
