- • Own and evolve Sycurio’s entire search footprint—organic and paid—across Google, Bing, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging AI search platforms. You will architect the strategy, execute the tactics, and measure the impact, turning search into a predictable, scalable revenue engine for our global B2B SaaS business.
- • Build and continuously refine a data-driven SEO roadmap that encompasses technical audits, keyword intelligence, competitive gap analysis, site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, page-speed optimization, and AI-search visibility tactics. Translate findings into Jira tickets and sprint plans that developers, designers, and content owners can act on immediately.
- • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid search campaigns from the ground up—structuring accounts, crafting ad groups, writing compelling copy, designing landing page tests, setting bid strategies, and building remarketing audiences. You will manage significant monthly budgets and relentlessly pursue lower CPA, higher ROAS, and pipeline growth.
- • Produce and refresh high-intent, SEO-first content that speaks to enterprise buyers in the CCaaS and secure payments space. This includes long-form blogs, pillar pages, comparison guides, video scripts, and landing pages. Maintain an editorial calendar that balances keyword opportunity with product-launch priorities and sales enablement needs.
- • Instrument end-to-end analytics: define KPIs, configure events and goals in GA4, build Looker Studio dashboards, and deliver weekly performance narratives to leadership. Surface insights that influence product positioning, pricing tests, and regional expansion decisions.
- • Collaborate daily with front-end developers to implement schema, hreflang, Core Web Vitals fixes, and server-side tagging. Work with product marketers to ensure every new feature page is indexable, conversion-optimized, and localized for EMEA and North America.
- • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels using Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO. Document hypotheses, test designs, and statistical significance; socialize wins and failures across the marketing org.
- • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and AI-search disruptions. Translate external changes into internal playbooks so Sycurio remains compliant and competitive without traffic volatility.
- • Mentor junior marketers and share best-practice workshops on keyword research, ad copywriting, and technical SEO. Contribute to a culture of experimentation where data beats opinion and curiosity is rewarded.
- • Report directly to the VP of Marketing and present quarterly business reviews to the executive team, showcasing how search investments translate into ARR, customer acquisition cost payback, and lifetime value.
