- • Own end-to-end campaign execution: build, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) for a portfolio of high-growth clients who trust Nagarro Engineer with millions in monthly spend.
- • Translate business goals into measurable media plans—define target audiences, set budgets, map out A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps, and select bidding strategies that maximize CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lifetime value.
- • Dive deep into data every day: pull raw performance metrics, build pivot tables and Looker Studio dashboards, surface statistically significant insights, and present concise recommendations that senior strategists can act on within hours, not days.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with creative directors, copywriters, and UX designers to brief thumb-stopping ad concepts, iterate on hooks and calls-to-action, and validate new landing pages through rigorous conversion-rate testing.
- • Monitor real-time auction dynamics and platform algorithm changes; adjust keyword lists, audience exclusions, placement bids, and creative rotations to keep campaigns ahead of rising CPMs and shifting consumer behavior.
- • Maintain immaculate campaign hygiene: implement UTM naming conventions, pixel and conversion-API tracking, offline event uploads, and privacy-compliant first-party data strategies so every dollar can be attributed and optimized.
- • Build weekly and monthly performance narratives—craft slide decks that translate complex metrics into clear stories for C-suite stakeholders, highlighting wins, losses, and next-step experiments that protect and grow client budgets.
- • Contribute to the agency’s knowledge base: beta-test new ad formats (e.g., Meta Advantage+ shopping campaigns, Google Performance Max), document learnings in Confluence, and run lunch-and-learn sessions to upskill teammates across departments.
- • Support forecasting and scenario modeling: use historical data and seasonality curves to predict spend, revenue, and profitability so clients can plan inventory, staffing, and cash flow with confidence.
- • Champion continuous improvement: run bi-weekly audits on account structure, negative keyword lists, frequency capping, and creative fatigue to ensure every campaign meets or beats industry benchmarks and Nagarro’s own high standards.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional squads—SEO, CRM, and product analytics—to align paid media with organic growth loops, email nurture sequences, and in-product upsell prompts, creating a unified customer journey that compounds ROI.
- • Stay relentlessly curious: complete Meta Blueprint and Google Skillshop certifications, attend virtual industry conferences, and experiment with emerging channels like TikTok Ads and Reddit Ads to keep the team on the cutting edge.
- • Uphold brand safety and compliance: monitor placement reports, block harmful content categories, and ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and platform-specific advertising policies.
- • Embrace a remote-first culture: manage your own schedule across time zones, communicate proactively on Slack and Zoom, and document decisions transparently so teammates in Europe, Asia, and the Americas can pick up work without friction.
