- • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns for the Czech market, ensuring every promotion reaches the right shoppers at the right moment and drives measurable in-store and online sales for our retail partners.
- • Own the local campaign calendar—translating global brand priorities, seasonal events, and retailer-specific goals into a data-driven schedule that balances reach, frequency, and ROI while respecting Czech consumer behavior and media consumption patterns.
- • Build and manage paid media budgets across search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels, allocating spend dynamically based on real-time performance signals and delivering against aggressive CPA, ROAS, and foot-traffic KPIs.
- • Collaborate daily with internal creative, product, and data teams to brief, refine, and approve localized ad assets—ensuring every banner, video, and push notification speaks authentically to Czech shoppers and complies with local language and cultural norms.
- • Translate complex performance dashboards into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external retail clients, presenting weekly performance reviews that highlight wins, flag risks, and recommend next-step experiments.
- • Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on audience segments, creative formats, bidding strategies, and landing experiences—documenting learnings in a shared knowledge base that accelerates innovation across all European markets.
- • Partner closely with CRM and lifecycle teams to synchronize retargeting, email, and push campaigns, creating cohesive customer journeys that move users from first app open to loyal in-store shopper within the first 30 days.
- • Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and local retail calendars to anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust campaign tactics, ensuring Shopfully remains the #1 savings destination in Czech Republic.
- • Champion privacy-first marketing by implementing GDPR-compliant data collection, consent flows, and audience segmentation practices that protect user trust while maximizing addressable reach.
- • Mentor junior campaign coordinators and interns, sharing best practices in campaign setup, naming conventions, UTM governance, and reporting hygiene to scale team productivity.
- • Contribute to quarterly business reviews with top retail partners—translating campaign metrics into compelling stories that secure larger budgets and longer-term contracts.
- • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and shopping behaviors (e.g., TikTok Shop, Meta Advantage+, Google Performance Max) by attending webinars, beta programs, and industry events, then cascading knowledge to the wider team.
- • Leverage SQL and BI tools to query our 200-million-user data lake, uncovering granular insights about Czech shopper segments and feeding those findings back into campaign targeting and creative strategy.
- • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure all invoices, IOs, and data-processing agreements are accurate and compliant, eliminating end-of-quarter surprises.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by celebrating both breakthrough wins and instructive failures, ensuring the Czech market becomes a lighthouse case study for Shopfully’s global expansion.
