- • Own and optimize the Microsoft Advertising (Bing) account end-to-end, including campaign structure, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling to drive subscription growth for a core D2C product.
- • Increase Bing channel volume significantly beyond current levels while maintaining efficient CPA and positive ROI, with direct accountability for performance outcomes.
- • Develop and present a clear weekly channel strategy outlining results, insights, and next steps for stakeholder alignment.
- • Design and refine search campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding approaches to maximize efficiency and scale.
- • Test and scale new campaign types beyond core search, including Microsoft Audience Network, to unlock additional acquisition channels.
- • Expand Bing campaigns into new geographies and audience segments based on performance data and growth opportunities.
- • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and test ad copy and assets for search and audience placements, using data to guide messaging direction.
- • Build custom performance models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel to track CPA, ROI, and ARPU cohort trends.
- • Develop data-driven growth plans in partnership with the data team, translating performance metrics into actionable scaling strategies.
- • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight, making independent, data-backed decisions on campaign optimizations, budget shifts, and channel kills.
- • Maintain high-quality output while managing multiple campaigns, A/B tests, and reporting streams in parallel under tight deadlines.
- • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly and directly to stakeholders across teams.
- • Demonstrate deep expertise in Microsoft Advertising platform features, including account architecture, audience targeting, keyword match types, and conversion tracking.
- • Have a proven track record of scaling Bing campaigns from six-figure monthly spend levels with consistent, profitable growth.
- • Possess multi-geo experience managing and optimizing search campaigns across multiple countries with localized performance insights.
- • Apply advanced Excel skills to manipulate large datasets, build forecasting models, and automate reporting workflows.
- • Be highly analytical, grounding every scaling or de-prioritization decision in data rather than intuition.
- • Be growth-oriented, focused on identifying and capturing untapped volume within Bing that is currently under-delivering.
- • Operate within a fast-paced, results-driven environment where performance is directly tied to reward and scope expansion.
- • Work remotely within ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) to ensure alignment with team collaboration windows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience with Bing (Microsoft Advertising) as a primary owned channel
- • Proven experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend on Bing with clear ROI accountability
- • Demonstrated track record of scaling Bing volume profitably, not just maintaining performance
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel for building custom performance models and reporting
- • Multi-geo experience running and optimizing search campaigns across multiple countries
- • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Advertising platform features including bidding, audience targeting, and campaign structure
