As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of building and implementing robust paid media and creative testing programs designed to generate high-quality leads and achieve significant business outcomes. Your role will necessitate close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Content, and Operations, to ensure a seamless connection between campaign performance and revenue generation, ultimately contributing to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) expansion across our diverse customer base, which includes leading crypto exchanges, established financial institutions, and innovative blockchain networks.
  • • You will occupy a central position in transforming raw data and insights into scalable, efficient systems, as we collectively endeavor to construct a world-class B2B growth engine. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of strategic and tactical execution:
  • • **Campaign Planning, Launch, and Optimization:** Develop, launch, and meticulously refine high-performing paid campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Programmatic advertising, Bing, and emerging channels like Telegram. This involves strategic budget management and the implementation of dynamic bidding strategies, with a constant focus on continuous optimization to maximize qualified lead generation and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • • **Audience and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:** Architect and implement sophisticated B2B audience segmentation and account-based targeting strategies, specifically designed to reach and engage our priority Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This ensures our marketing efforts are precisely focused on the most valuable prospects.
  • • **Creative and Landing Page Experimentation:** Own the end-to-end testing strategy for creative assets, messaging frameworks, and landing page designs. You will develop structured frameworks for continuous experimentation and learning, enabling us to iterate rapidly and identify the most effective approaches.
  • • **Cross-Channel Synergy:** Foster strong collaboration with our Content and SEO teams to ensure complete alignment and synergistic integration between paid and organic marketing channels. This holistic approach maximizes reach and impact.
  • • **Attribution and Performance Measurement:** Define, implement, and refine robust attribution models that accurately connect marketing activities directly to pipeline development and revenue outcomes. This provides crucial visibility into marketing's contribution to the bottom line.
  • • **Reporting and Insights Generation:** Partner closely with our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to build comprehensive reporting mechanisms and dashboards. These tools will be essential for driving informed decision-making, justifying future investments, and clearly communicating performance to stakeholders.
  • • **Actionable Insights and Recommendations:** Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights, intuitive dashboards, and strategic recommendations that guide future marketing initiatives and business strategy.

  • • Successfully launch new, impactful paid campaigns across 2-3 key platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Reddit), precisely targeting our core ICPs.
  • • Consistently deliver qualified leads that meet or exceed target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) benchmarks, directly supporting pipeline creation goals.
  • • Design, build, and deploy a structured A/B testing framework for creative elements, messaging, and landing pages, establishing a foundation for ongoing optimization.
  • • Establish comprehensive marketing performance dashboards that clearly highlight key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and attribution across all digital channels.
  • • Identify and articulate the key growth levers across audience targeting, channel mix optimization, and creative performance, providing a roadmap for future scaling.

  • • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, Sales, Product, and Content, to align marketing efforts with critical revenue goals.
  • • A proven ability to translate raw campaign analytics into clear, executable insights and compelling strategic briefings.
  • • Familiarity with B2B audience segmentation methodologies and account-based marketing principles.
  • • Bonus points will be awarded for:
  • • Hands-on experience with emerging advertising channels such as Telegram or within niche fintech forums.
  • • Familiarity with attribution modeling tools and multi-touch analysis techniques specifically for B2B SaaS environments.
  • • A strong foundational understanding of SEO principles and how they can be leveraged to enhance paid media performance.
  • • Experience utilizing AI-powered marketing tools for tasks such as automated bid management, accelerated ad testing, or sophisticated audience creation.
