- • As a Digital Marketing Manager at Pavago, you will be at the forefront of driving profitable growth and generating qualified leads through strategic, hands-on management of paid media campaigns. This is a critical role where you will own the entire lifecycle of performance marketing, from initial strategy development and campaign execution to continuous optimization and insightful reporting. You are not just managing budgets; you are transforming them into tangible pipeline and revenue, with a clear accountability for measurable results.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and meticulously manage multi-platform campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, TikTok, and other emerging paid platforms. The overarching goal is to achieve consistent, month-over-month improvements in efficiency, lead quality, and overall profitable growth.
- • This role demands a proactive and analytical mindset. You will be expected to think in terms of marketing funnels, obsess over key performance metrics, and engage in relentless testing to uncover the most effective strategies. If you thrive on data-driven decision-making and have a passion for optimizing every aspect of a campaign, this position offers a significant opportunity to make a direct impact.
- • **Paid Media Strategy & Execution:** You will be responsible for building and managing performance-driven campaigns from the ground up. This includes developing comprehensive full-funnel strategies specifically tailored for B2B lead generation and sales acceleration. Your duties will encompass campaign structuring, precise audience targeting, robust tracking implementation, creative direction, and ongoing optimization. A key part of this will involve writing high-converting ad copy and collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure compelling visuals and messaging.
- • **Optimization & Scaling:** A significant portion of your role will involve daily monitoring of campaign performance, making proactive adjustments to maintain momentum and efficiency. You will conduct structured A/B tests across various campaign elements such as creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages. Your objective will be to optimize budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to continuously improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Identifying and capitalizing on scaling opportunities while preserving efficiency will be crucial. Staying ahead of the curve on algorithm shifts, privacy updates, and evolving platform best practices is essential for sustained success.
- • **Analytics & Reporting:** You will be tasked with tracking and analyzing a wide array of performance metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate (CVR). Utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and native platform dashboards, you will evaluate attribution models and overall funnel performance. The ability to build clear, insightful performance reports that go beyond raw numbers and provide actionable recommendations will be highly valued. Translating complex data into strategic shifts and improvements will be a core competency.
- • **Cross-Team Collaboration:** This role requires close collaboration with other marketing functions and the sales team to ensure campaign alignment with overarching revenue goals. You will provide data-backed feedback on creative assets to enhance messaging and visual appeal. Furthermore, you will contribute to broader growth initiatives that span paid media, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing efforts, fostering a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- • **Typical Day:** A typical day will involve reviewing performance dashboards and identifying key trends, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on real-time data, launching new campaigns or experiments, coordinating with design and content teams on asset development, analyzing funnel data to pinpoint bottlenecks, and preparing performance insights and recommendations for stakeholders. The ethos of the role is centered around execution, testing, and optimization, in a continuous cycle of improvement.
- • **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Your success will be measured by critical metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Conversion Rate, Lead or Revenue Growth, and Budget Efficiency. At Pavago, performance is measurable, and so is success.
