  • • Rillet Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving qualified pipeline, and amplifying our brand presence across all online channels. As an AI-native ERP company revolutionizing the accounting and finance sector, Rillet empowers financial teams with unprecedented speed, accuracy, and insight. Our innovative platform, featuring a unified source-of-truth data model, extensive native integrations, automated workflows, and advanced AI agents, enables a zero-day close and consistently earns perfect customer satisfaction scores. We are backed by a $100M investment from leading venture capital firms, including Sequoia, a16z, and Iconiq, positioning us for significant growth in a massive market.
  • • In this hands-on, individual contributor role, you will own the strategy and execution of our paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing efforts. You will bring a true builder's mindset, constantly experimenting, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable strategies that accelerate Rillet's growth. Your primary objective will be to drive qualified pipeline and enhance our brand's visibility and credibility within the high-growth B2B SaaS market. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in an early-stage company with immense potential, where your contributions will directly influence our success and provide ample room for professional development as we scale.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of digital marketing. You will meticulously plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social media, and display networks. The goal is to ensure maximum return on investment by driving high-quality leads and conversions. Simultaneously, you will take full ownership of our SEO strategy, from in-depth keyword research and on-page optimization to robust link-building initiatives and technical site audits, aiming to improve organic search rankings and drive sustained traffic.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our lifecycle marketing programs. This includes developing and refining email nurture sequences designed to guide prospects through the sales funnel and optimizing onboarding flows to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new customers. A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our Content and Product Marketing teams. You will partner with them to ensure that all digital campaigns are underpinned by compelling messaging, strong creative assets, and a deep understanding of our product's value proposition for accounting and finance professionals.
  • • To effectively measure and communicate success, you will build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key channel performance metrics, attribution models, and overall ROI. Regularly sharing these insights with the broader marketing and sales teams will be crucial for aligning strategies and identifying areas for improvement. A core part of your approach will be running structured, data-driven experiments to continuously optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints, including landing pages, advertisements, and email communications. You will be empowered to test new ideas, analyze results rigorously, and iterate quickly based on what the data tells you.
  • • We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You should be comfortable diving deep into analytics, possess a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing principles, and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Your data-driven, hypothesis-led approach, combined with your collaborative spirit and autonomous work style, will be key to your success. You should be energized by the prospect of building processes and strategies from the ground up, rather than simply executing pre-defined tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can internalize our mission, develop strategic plans, and deliver exceptional results.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • • Proven track record of managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
  • • Solid understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
  • • Comfortable analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and equity participation in Rillet's success.
  • • Top-tier health and dental insurance with premiums partially or fully covered for employees and 90% coverage for dependents.
  • • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) and 9 company-wide holidays.
  • • Opportunities for significant professional growth and increased responsibilities as the company scales.
  • • Hybrid work model with required in-office collaboration days (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional flexible day) at our San Francisco hub.
  • • Engaging team-building activities, including offsites in diverse and exciting locations.
