- • The Digital Marketing Manager at Penumbrainc Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and measurable business growth through the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital advertising and campaign initiatives. This role is essential for translating marketing strategy into high-impact, data-driven campaigns that support corporate objectives while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, web, social, email, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- • Manage end-to-end paid media initiatives, including budgeting, audience targeting, execution, real-time optimization, and performance reporting across platforms such as Google Ads and social advertising networks.
- • Implement programmatic and account-based marketing (ABM) advertising strategies using platforms like PulsePoint to reach high-value B2B audiences with precision.
- • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, optimizing ad creative, placement, and bidding strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- • Oversee ad scheduling, asset delivery, trafficking, and performance tracking across all digital channels, ensuring timely launch and accurate monitoring of campaign delivery.
- • Design, build, and optimize landing pages using UX best practices and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- • Support SEO and SEM initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata refinement, and performance monitoring to improve organic and paid search visibility.
- • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and marketing automation systems, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- • Monitor emerging trends across digital channels to proactively adjust strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.
- • Support and oversee email marketing and automation initiatives in Marketo, including audience segmentation, workflow design, personalization, and performance reporting.
- • Coordinate consistent campaign messaging across email, paid media, and web experiences to ensure a unified customer journey.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment on goals, timelines, and creative assets.
- • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support multimedia content creation and collaborate effectively with internal and external design partners.
- • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to Penumbra’s Quality Management System (QMS), brand guidelines, and applicable domestic and global regulatory standards, including those related to privacy, security, and industry-specific compliance.
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines, demonstrating flexibility to address urgent matters outside standard business hours when necessary.
- • Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and provide general digital marketing support as needed, contributing to team agility and responsiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
- • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social advertising networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta).
- • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM tools such as Salesforce, including segmentation, workflow management, and reporting.
- • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and optimization using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- • Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for email and web asset support.
- • Experience with programmatic and ABM advertising platforms (e.g., PulsePoint) and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia asset collaboration.
- • Agency and/or life sciences industry experience is strongly preferred.
