  • • Own end-to-end execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, display, Quora, Reddit, SEO, and email.
  • • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, optimise spend, and adjust channel mix for maximum commercial impact.
  • • Govern and improve AI-assisted marketing workflows, including generative AI and predictive analytics tools, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • • Collaborate with global and regional campaign managers to deliver integrated, data-informed marketing initiatives that support the full customer buying journey.
  • • Utilise marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce to streamline campaign delivery and track lead progression.
  • • Leverage analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 and Looker to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • • Contribute meaningfully to marketing budget allocation and make data-driven recommendations that directly influence performance outcomes.
  • • Work in a collaborative marketing team that values thoughtful, impactful campaigns with clear commercial results.
  • • Operate with autonomy to act on insights, test new approaches, and drive innovation in digital marketing practices.
  • • Support Redgate’s global growth by aligning digital campaigns with the needs of data professionals who manage critical enterprise databases.
  • • Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels while adapting tactics to regional and audience-specific contexts.
  • • Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, particularly in B2B software, and apply emerging tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Balance multiple concurrent campaigns without compromising quality, deadlines, or performance metrics.
  • • Work in a hybrid model with one in-office day per week at the Cambridge office, coordinating with global teams across time zones.
  • • Contribute to a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous learning within the marketing function.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience running digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment, ideally within the software industry, across channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, display, Quora, Reddit, SEO, and email.
  • • Proven ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and use that insight to optimise spend, tactics, and channel mix.
  • • Practical experience with AI tools in a marketing context — including generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation platforms — and the ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.
  • • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as Marketo and Salesforce) and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 or Looker.
  • • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns — and a track record of juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
