This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver a cutting-edge demand generation offering for our B2B clients, focusing on tangible outcomes like Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and customer acquisition rather than vanity metrics. You will be instrumental in driving performance marketing strategies that directly contribute to our clients' growth and success.
  • • As a key member of our agency, you will manage a focused portfolio of no more than seven B2B clients, taking complete ownership of their performance marketing initiatives. This role demands a deeply analytical and strategic individual who can not only execute campaigns flawlessly but also build strong, trusting relationships with clients, articulate compelling strategies, and consistently exceed performance expectations. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive measurable results and foster client satisfaction.
  • • The ideal candidate is a true T-shaped marketer with profound expertise across Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Video marketing, with a particular emphasis on the SaaS industry. You possess a rare blend of deep technical knowledge in these areas and a creative spark that allows you to develop innovative marketing approaches. You are passionate about data-driven decision-making and have a relentless drive to achieve and surpass performance targets.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of client success. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives and target audience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns across various channels, meticulously monitoring performance, and making data-backed optimizations to ensure maximum ROI.
  • • Client relationship management is a critical component of this role. You will serve as a primary point of contact, communicating regularly with clients to provide performance updates, strategic recommendations, and insights. Your ability to communicate complex strategies clearly and confidently, coupled with empathy and a proactive approach, will be essential in nurturing strong, long-term partnerships.
  • • Project management is paramount. You will be expected to expertly organize and manage your client portfolio, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This involves effective planning, resource allocation, and proactive problem-solving to navigate any challenges that arise.
  • • You will leverage Directive's proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which is designed to align marketing efforts directly with sales objectives. This involves a deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the ability to create integrated campaigns that generate high-quality SQLs and drive customer acquisition.
  • • The role requires a strong understanding of technical SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical elements, to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic. You will also manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, focusing on efficient lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • • CRO expertise is vital for maximizing the effectiveness of client websites and landing pages. You will identify opportunities for A/B testing, user experience improvements, and conversion path optimization to ensure that traffic is effectively converted into leads and customers.
  • • While this role is heavily focused on individual contribution and client success, you will also collaborate with internal teams to share best practices, contribute to the development of new service offerings, and support the agency's overall growth objectives.
  • • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to succeed in a virtual environment, including a laptop and access to collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience.
  • • 2+ years of performance marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS.
  • • Demonstrated expertise as a T-shaped marketer with deep knowledge across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
  • • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, deliver on time, and within budget.
  • • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to pitch strategies and manage expectations effectively.
