- • Directive Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Remote US) to drive performance marketing for B2B clients using their proprietary Customer Generation methodology, focusing on SQLs and customer acquisition rather than traditional MQL metrics, making this role critical to client success and agency growth.
- • You will own the end-to-end performance marketing for up to seven SMB client accounts, directly responsible for strategy, execution, and results across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, ensuring clients consistently hit their SQL targets through data-driven, T-shaped marketing expertise.
- • The team at Directive Consulting operates as a remote-first, performance-obsessed agency specializing in B2B marketing, where collaboration happens via Zoom and Slack, and individuals are empowered to own client outcomes while contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS marketing, refine your ability to blend strategy with execution, and grow as a trusted advisor to clients by pitching strategies, managing relationships, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- • Deep technical knowledge of Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies
- • Strong SaaS background preferred
- • Brilliant strategist with T-shaped marketing expertise
- • World-class project management skills with ability to deliver on time and below cost
- • Availability to travel
- • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
