- • As the UK Digital Marketing Manager at Aphex Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling growth efforts by combining deep demand generation expertise with a nuanced understanding of the construction industry’s unique dynamics, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming a sector that drives 10% of global GDP but has seen declining productivity for two decades.
- • You will inherit a strong foundation of product-market fit across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, backed by enterprise adoption from major contractors like BAM, Balfour Beatty, SKANSKA, Kier, MACE, and Murphy, along with a rich library of case studies, podcast content, and organic customer advocacy that you will leverage to expand awareness and demand in emerging markets.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand the real-world challenges of engineers and delivery teams shaping infrastructure projects, ensuring marketing strategies are grounded in authentic customer insights and aligned with revenue goals.
- • You will lead hypothesis-driven go-to-market (GTM) experimentation, designing and iterating campaigns through cycles of hypothesis → experiment → feedback → iteration, adapting tactics across project types (rail, bridges, hospitals), contractor tiers (T1/T2), and varying levels of market maturity to uncover what resonates most with target audiences.
- • You will own and optimize the UK digital marketing engine, with an initial focus on LinkedIn Ads, working alongside designers, the APAC-based growth marketing manager, and cross-functional partners to ideate, launch, measure, and refine campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- • You will leverage AI-enabled workflows and tools like Clay to enrich leads and personalize outreach at scale, while implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value accounts in niche construction sub-markets with tailored messaging.
- • You will bring creativity and analytical rigor to campaign development, translating complex construction industry nuances into compelling narratives that highlight Aphex’s tangible value in improving planning, collaboration, and project delivery.
- • You will actively engage in industry events and community-building initiatives, fostering long-term relationships in a relationship-driven sector while continuously learning about evolving customer behaviors, market trends, and technological shifts in construction delivery.

- • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads and campaign optimization
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing with customer insights
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, distinguish signal from noise, and translate insights into strategic decisions
- • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and tools for personalized, targeted outreach
- • Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-enabled workflows (e.g., Clay, CRM platforms) for lead enrichment and scaling
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
