📋 Description

• The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, paid media, content promotion, and reporting for a growing technology company serving clients in chemistry, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
• Day to day responsibilities include launching and managing campaigns across digital channels, creating and adapting content for LinkedIn and email, building and deploying email campaigns using HubSpot, supporting paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, and tracking performance metrics to build reports and dashboards.
• The role is part of a fast-moving, growth-stage organization that values hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with marketing leadership to scale demand generation and thought leadership efforts.
• The person in this role will gain broad exposure across multiple marketing disciplines, develop expertise in campaign execution and analytics, and contribute directly to business growth by improving marketing effectiveness and enabling leadership to focus on strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, marketing operations, or related marketing roles
• Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
• Experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and digital advertising platforms
• Experience tracking marketing performance metrics and building reports and dashboards
• Strong campaign execution and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Proficiency with HubSpot for email marketing and campaign execution
