  • • In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous operation of the Search Atlas platform, a key tool for delivering defined SEO packages to a diverse clientele. This involves performing essential monthly optimizations, diligently tracking keyword performance, and conducting basic technical checks for all assigned clients. Your ability to navigate and utilize these platforms effectively will be crucial to client success and agency efficiency.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve comprehensive account management. You will be tasked with maintaining impeccably organized records of client preferences, understanding their unique needs, and preserving historical account information. You will serve as the central repository of knowledge for your assigned accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently applied across all marketing efforts. This deep understanding of each client's specific context will enable more tailored and effective marketing strategies.
  • • Execution and workflow management are at the heart of this position. You will be expected to manage your personal production calendar within ClickUp, a robust project management tool, ensuring that all tasks are tracked and completed efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to complete monthly deliverables, which include content updates, crucial SEO tasks, and performance reporting, all within established deadlines. Punctuality and reliability in meeting these production goals are paramount.
  • • Performance reporting will be a key deliverable. You will monitor Google Analytics and Google Search Console to extract vital data, identify significant trends, and understand campaign performance. Based on this data, you will create clear and concise monthly performance summaries for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Your ability to communicate performance effectively will be highly valued.
  • • You will also provide essential support for HubSpot, assisting with the logistics of lifecycle campaigns. This includes data entry, performing basic performance checks on email campaigns, and offering light support for email marketing execution. Your contribution here will help ensure seamless campaign operations and effective lead nurturing.
  • • Strategic collaboration is an integral part of this role. You will work closely with the Senior SEO Strategist to troubleshoot technical challenges that may arise and to support the execution of higher-level strategic initiatives. This collaborative environment allows for continuous learning and contribution to broader marketing strategies.
  • • This role is ideal for candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. It is important to note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Central Time (CT) zone (8 AM – 6 PM CT, Monday to Thursday). This ensures seamless communication and collaboration with clients and the internal team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or account coordination, with a strong preference for direct experience with Search Atlas, HubSpot, and ClickUp.
  • • Working knowledge of Local and Organic SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and ranking analysis.
  • • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities, proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • • Strong technical fluency and the ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms, coupled with excellent time management and process adherence skills.
