- • Manage full-stack digital advertising budgets across key paid channels with ownership of end-to-end performance, from unit economics to scaling without ROMI erosion.
- • Launch and scale performance campaigns primarily on Meta, with Google as the secondary growth driver, and actively test new acquisition channels.
- • Own the P&L of the marketing channel, including key metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROAS, and contribution margin.
- • Co-develop creative strategy with the creative team: define briefs, generate hypotheses, design testing frameworks, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- • Actively leverage AI tools to automate creative production (generation of ad variants, copy rewriting, asset creation) and analytics (insight extraction, reporting, automation of routine tasks).
- • Brief designers and motion teams to execute advertising hypotheses with precision and speed.
- • Run continuous A/B tests on campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and quiz funnels to optimize conversion and engagement.
- • Collaborate closely with analytics and product teams to build end-to-end growth experiments that connect marketing performance with product behavior.
- • Build scalable processes and systems to enable future team expansion and operational efficiency within the marketing stream.
- • Maintain deep fluency in performance marketing metrics and translate data into actionable business decisions.
- • Drive experimentation culture with a hypothesis-first mindset, prioritizing impact over activity.
- • Utilize SQL, Looker, or Amplitude to independently analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
- • Align all marketing activities with the company’s mission to digitize sports training and reduce barriers to athletic participation.
- • Contribute to the expansion of new sports verticals in 2024, supporting Ruut’s goal to become the #1 brand for athletes and active individuals in the U.S. market.
- • Operate within a high-bar culture that values ownership, excellent execution, speed, curiosity, and relentless focus on business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven expertise in managing advertising budgets on Meta (must-have)
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with data (SQL, Looker, or Amplitude preferred)
- • Deep understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS, contribution margin
- • Experience or strong interest in using AI for creative automation and analytics
- • English proficiency at B2+ level
