- • Own the global digital footprint of Poka, a fast-growing connected-worker platform that is already trusted by manufacturing giants such as Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone. You will be the architect of our online presence, ensuring every click, scroll, and search result advances our mission to digitize the frontline workforce.
- • Design and execute a data-driven SEO & web strategy that positions Poka as the definitive answer when plant managers, continuous-improvement directors, and Industry 4.0 leaders turn to Google, ChatGPT, or any LLM for guidance. Your roadmap will balance technical excellence (schema, core web vitals, crawl budget) with compelling storytelling that converts curiosity into qualified pipeline.
- • Partner daily with the Director of Demand Generation, product marketers, content creators, and revenue operations to translate business objectives into measurable web KPIs—organic traffic growth, SERP share-of-voice, demo-request conversion, and influenced ARR. You will present these metrics in weekly stand-ups and quarterly board read-outs, turning numbers into narratives that secure continued investment.
- • Lead continuous experimentation across on-page elements, site architecture, and conversion paths. You will run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and form flows; build progressive profiling that shortens time-to-value for visitors; and deploy personalization engines that greet returning prospects with the exact use-case evidence they need.
- • Manage and inspire a network of external agencies, freelance developers, and content writers. You will write crisp briefs, negotiate SOWs, and hold partners accountable to SLAs that protect site speed (<2 s), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and brand consistency across 10+ languages.
- • Champion the role of large-language models in modern search. You will monitor how generative AI surfaces Poka content, optimize for featured snippets and “People Also Ask,” and experiment with structured data that feeds directly into LLM knowledge graphs—keeping us ahead of algorithmic shifts.
- • Own the web tech stack: CMS (WordPress or headless), analytics (GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio), tag management (GTM), and emerging SEO tooling (e.g., Clearscope, Surfer, Botify). You will audit quarterly for technical debt, security patches, and schema drift, ensuring 99.9 % uptime and zero SEO regression.
- • Collaborate with regional field marketers to localize pages for EMEA, LATAM, and APAC without diluting global SEO equity. You will implement hreflang, translate intent-based keywords, and coordinate with in-country reviewers to respect cultural nuance and regulatory requirements.
- • Evangelize SEO best practices across the company. You will run lunch-and-learns for the content team, embed SEO checklists into the campaign-launch process, and maintain an internal wiki that demystifies canonical tags, internal linking, and log-file analysis.
- • Stay obsessively curious. You will allocate 10 % of your week to horizon-scanning—beta-testing Google’s Search Generative Experience, evaluating new AI content tools, and feeding insights back into the product roadmap so that Poka remains the category-defining leader in connected-worker software.
