- • Embark on a pivotal journey as a Digital Marketing Strategist, joining an exciting early-stage direct-to-consumer (DTC) company poised for a groundbreaking physical product launch. This role is not just about executing campaigns; it's about architecting the very foundation of a brand's market presence and driving its initial growth trajectory. You will be the strategic architect and hands-on executor, translating the founders' vision into a tangible, scalable go-to-market strategy that resonates with target audiences.
- • Your primary mission will be to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to build significant brand awareness and generate early traction. This involves a deep dive into understanding the product, the market, and the customer, crafting compelling narratives that capture attention and foster connection.
- • A core component of this role is the ownership of short-form content strategy. You will be instrumental in planning, creating, and overseeing engaging content across dynamic platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Instagram Reels, and TikTok. The goal is to establish a consistent and compelling brand voice, leveraging the power of storytelling to build a loyal community and drive engagement.
- • Beyond organic content, you will be responsible for identifying the opportune moment to launch and meticulously optimize early paid media campaigns. This requires a data-driven approach, constantly analyzing campaign performance, A/B testing different creatives and targeting strategies, and iterating to maximize return on investment. You will be the guardian of the marketing budget, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to measurable outcomes.
