- • Own the end-to-end performance marketing success of no more than seven SMB clients across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO channels.
- • Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with Directive’s DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology to drive measurable revenue outcomes for B2B SaaS clients.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and confidence in presenting marketing strategies and results.
- • Project manage client campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are controlled, and deliverables exceed expectations.
- • Apply deep technical expertise in SaaS marketing to optimize paid acquisition, organic search visibility, and conversion rate performance.
- • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching and integrating emerging tools, including AI and automation, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions to align client strategies with broader brand and demand objectives.
- • Deliver creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that position clients as indispensable in their markets.
- • Maintain rigorous organizational standards for account documentation, reporting, and client communication workflows.
- • Travel as required to meet client needs, attend industry events, or participate in team retreats.
- • Operate remotely from a home office with reliable internet, a professional work environment, and a laptop (PC or Mac) to access required software platforms.
- • Work primarily through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack, coordinating with a distributed team across Canada and other supported regions.
- • Adhere to Directive’s remote-first work model while maintaining high standards of accountability, responsiveness, and results-driven execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- • Deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for SaaS companies
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results as an individual contributor
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and under budget
- • Availability to travel
