- • As a Digital Media Specialist at SBD, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and brand visibility for iconic tool and outdoor brands such as DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and others through strategic digital media campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Digital Media Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media initiatives across search, programmatic display, and retail media platforms, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, brand-safe, and performance-focused.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and maintaining brand consistency across multiple merchandising platforms, supporting SEO and content initiatives to enhance organic visibility, and partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, channel marketing, finance, and agency partners to develop integrated programs that support sales goals.
- • You will lead relationships with internal sales teams and external media agencies, negotiating media packages and pricing, managing annual budgets—including merchandising investments—and analyzing financial metrics to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- • You will assist in executing content strategies that leverage platform capabilities to deliver seamless end-user experiences, while contributing to SEO efforts that maximize organic search performance and support broader digital marketing objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for SEM, programmatic display, and retail media platforms including Criteo, Promote IQ, and Amazon.
- • Proven track record of designing and executing innovative digital media programs that drive point-of-sale lift and measurable business outcomes.
- • Strong understanding of key business metrics such as sales, gross margin, and operating income, with demonstrated ability to manage budgets across 100+ campaigns and analyze financial data to calculate ROI.
- • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- • Collaborative mindset with openness to learning, sharing trends, and implementing best practices across teams and geographies.
- • Experience working with brand, sales, channel marketing, finance, and shopper marketing teams to align media strategies with sales objectives.
