  • • Own the full spectrum of growth for Siena AI, including new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, retention, and product-led growth across all channels.
  • • Build and lead the growth function from the ground up, designing demand creation strategies for brand, content, social, paid advertising, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • • Turn Siena’s 130+ existing customers into a primary growth lever through customer marketing, co-marketing initiatives, reference programs, and community building.
  • • Lead end-to-end product launches, crafting positioning, messaging, distribution plans, and go-to-market motions that turn every release into a market-defining moment.
  • • Define and own the category of "CX operating system for brands," shaping how the market understands, adopts, and demands Siena’s AI-powered customer experience platform.
  • • Build the brand narrative and momentum that positions Siena as the first name in AI-driven customer experience, through compelling storytelling, content creation, and public presence.
  • • Design and implement AI-powered growth systems and workflows that amplify individual impact, replacing manual processes with autonomous agents for scaling marketing operations.
  • • Balance creative campaign development with analytical rigor, using dashboards and metrics to optimize CAC, LTV, retention, and pipeline velocity without sacrificing brand integrity.
  • • Operate as a builder who ships quickly, experiments constantly, kills underperforming initiatives, and iterates based on real-time data and customer feedback.
  • • Fluently communicate the value of AI-native products to enterprise buyers, translating complex technical capabilities into irresistible customer narratives.
  • • Collaborate directly with both founders to align growth strategy with product vision, company trajectory, and fundraising goals for Series A and beyond.
  • • Establish a culture of AI fluency within the growth team, leveraging premium AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) to automate research, copywriting, analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • • Share and document AI workflows through internal demo days and Slack threads, fostering a team-wide practice of learning from each other’s AI-enhanced productivity systems.
  • • Maintain high standards for quality and speed, moving at startup velocity while ensuring every campaign, message, and customer interaction reflects Siena’s innovative and human-centered ethos.
  • • Embody Siena’s values: curiosity, customer obsession, ownership, direct feedback, adaptability, and relentless problem-solving without waiting for permission.
  • • Treat AI as a natural extension of work — building personal agent ecosystems for research, writing, analysis, and automation before joining, and expanding them at Siena.

🎯 Requirements

  • • AI-native: You have built or significantly enhanced workflows using AI agents before joining, and you actively use AI to automate marketing, content, or growth tasks.
  • • A builder: You have shipped a function, brand, or company from zero to something tangible, operating autonomously without predefined briefs or structures.
  • • A storyteller: You write compelling narratives that make complex AI products feel inevitable and human, with proven experience in content, messaging, and brand positioning.
  • • Creative and analytical in equal measure: You balance campaign creativity with data-driven decision-making, fluent in both qualitative storytelling and quantitative pipeline metrics.
  • • Scrappy and experimental: You ship fast, test constantly, kill what doesn’t work, and thrive in ambiguity with a bias for action.
  • • Fluent in selling AI: You understand the unique go-to-market dynamics of AI products and have either sold them before or studied them deeply enough to articulate a clear strategy for Siena.
