- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of Corti's cutting-edge AI solutions within the UK and Irish healthcare sectors. This involves identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with motivated partners who are eager to leverage our technology to enhance their offerings and serve their customers better. Every successful partnership means more time for doctors to focus on patients, improved consultation quality, and reduced administrative burdens for healthcare professionals.
- • This role demands a potent blend of strategic business acumen, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven history of successful partnership development. More importantly, it requires an individual with unwavering grit, relentless determination, and an intense, personal drive to make a tangible difference in healthcare.
- • Key responsibilities will include cultivating high-quality relationships with C-level executives within digital-native and tech-forward healthcare software companies. You will not shy away from direct customer engagement, often joining sales calls to articulate the value proposition and drive deals forward.
- • You will lead the charge in identifying and rigorously evaluating potential partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with Corti's strategic objectives and market potential. This involves deep market analysis, understanding partner needs, and positioning Corti's AI as the essential solution.
- • A significant part of your role will involve driving negotiations and contract discussions. You will work collaboratively with our legal and finance teams to secure favorable terms that enable successful and sustainable partnerships.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in enabling our partners' success by training and facilitating their sales teams and representatives on how to effectively pitch Corti's AI solutions. This includes developing compelling narratives, understanding technical nuances, and empowering them to become advocates for our technology.
- • You will be the champion for Corti's API-first, platform, or AI infrastructure products, driving their adoption by demonstrating their scalability and impact within modern healthtech product development and deployment for provider markets.
- • Your technical fluency will be essential, enabling you to comfortably discuss APIs, integrations, and developer workflows with technical stakeholders. Familiarity with backend languages is a significant advantage, allowing for deeper technical conversations.
- • A strong understanding of healthcare AI concepts and platform economics, including pricing models like tokens, usage-based pricing, credits, and the critical considerations around accuracy and safety, will be vital for structuring and communicating value.
- • You will operate with a strong hunter-farmer mindset, adept at both acquiring new strategic accounts and nurturing existing relationships to foster long-term growth and collaboration.
- • Your success will be measured by consistent quota achievement, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue and expand Corti's market presence.
- • You will act as a collaborative and trusted partner, building rapport and credibility across founders, product teams, and commercial stakeholders within partner organizations.

- • Experience utilizing structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC, will be highly valued, ensuring a systematic and effective approach to sales processes.

- • Excellent English communication skills, honed for both remote and asynchronous environments, are paramount for effective collaboration and deal-making.
- • This role offers the opportunity to report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing high-level visibility and strategic input. The position is full-time, commencing as soon as possible, and operates within a remote working environment, with all necessary equipment provided by Corti.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working with digital-native and tech-forward healthcare software companies in the UK.
- • Proven track record of driving adoption for API-first, platform, or AI infrastructure products within the healthcare sector.
- • Deep understanding of how modern healthtech products are built and scaled for provider markets.
- • Demonstrated ability to build high-quality relationships with C-level executives and engage effectively with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams.
- • Technically fluent, comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows; familiarity with JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar backend languages is a plus.
- • Familiarity with healthcare AI concepts and platform economics (e.g., tokens, usage-based pricing, credits, accuracy and safety considerations).
- • Strong hunter-farmer mindset with a proven track record of growing strategic accounts and consistent quota achievement.
- • Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
