- • The Digital Product Management- Lead Consultant at Allstate plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital insurance products by defining, delivering, and managing the full lifecycle of one or more products within Allstate’s growing digital portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring that Allstate remains innovative and customer-centric in a rapidly evolving market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of protecting families and their belongings through data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.
- • The person will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product strategies, ensuring that product development aligns with both customer value and enterprise goals. By championing the voice of the customer and leveraging discovery techniques, this role helps de-risk product decisions and accelerates time-to-market for impactful digital solutions.
- • Day to day, the Digital Product Management- Lead Consultant will author, test, and accept user stories to ensure development teams have clear, actionable requirements.
- • They will define and manage key performance metrics to measure product success, using data to inform iterative improvements and strategic pivots.
- • They will contribute to crafting product strategy for one or more digital products by synthesizing customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive insights.
