- • Lead agile, cross-functional teams to manage and advance digital products, channels, and programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member experience goals.
- • Develop and execute innovative, industry-leading digital solutions tailored to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s member needs in a highly regulated health insurance environment.
- • Define and manage product roadmaps by identifying, researching, and scoping key business opportunities that support the future-state vision for digital products and campaigns.
- • Drive digital initiatives by establishing strategic direction, tactical execution plans, and clear delivery timelines in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
- • Build and maintain strong partnerships across organizational teams to deliver seamless, high-quality digital services and ensure consistent alignment on priorities and resource allocation.
- • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to gain buy-in, resolve conflicts, and align cross-departmental efforts around product vision and deliverables.
- • Manage competing priorities in a complex, high-traffic digital environment with accountability for delivering solutions on time and within scope while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- • Leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly within approved workflows and policies to enhance productivity and transform member service delivery, with expectations to expand AI usage as role maturity grows.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement in digital product design and delivery.
- • Serve as the primary point of ownership for digital products with direct impact on millions of members, ensuring products meet business value metrics and member satisfaction benchmarks.
- • Balance technical feasibility, business impact, and user experience requirements to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value across digital channels.
- • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes clearly through oral and written updates to executives, engineering leads, and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) to manage documentation, reporting, collaboration, and project tracking.
- • Operate with minimal supervision while thriving in team-oriented settings, demonstrating accountability for shared roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.
- • Handle multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- • Travel occasionally within Tennessee, including to BCBST’s headquarters in Chattanooga, to support in-person collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 years of professional corporate work experience
- • 6 years of experience managing consumer tools/technology or equivalent
- • 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- • 1 year of project management, account management, or similar experience
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex, regulated environments
