- • Define, drive, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity and control platforms to enable secure-by-design technology and reduce enterprise risk.
- • Translate enterprise risk priorities, threat scenarios, and regulatory requirements into scalable, measurable, and actionable product capabilities and control solutions.
- • Ensure alignment between product outcomes, risk reduction objectives, and business resilience goals across cybersecurity, data, AI, third-party, and resilience domains.
- • Act as the voice of the customer by representing the needs of control owners, engineers, risk partners, and business stakeholders in product development.
- • Engage in continuous discovery, test-and-learn cycles, and feedback loops to validate assumptions and refine product direction based on real-world usage and risk exposure.
- • Decompose complex cybersecurity control problems into manageable work items and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven product backlog.
- • Lead iterative, agile delivery of product features using test-and-learn methodologies to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- • Provide clear direction, timely feedback, and alignment across cross-functional teams including Product Security, Cyber Operations, Technology Risk, and engineering groups.
- • Ensure cybersecurity controls are designed with explicit linkage to risk scenarios, exposure conditions, and measurable business outcomes.
- • Enable standardized onboarding, lifecycle management, and adoption of control capabilities across enterprise platforms and engineering workflows.
- • Integrate control functionalities into existing enterprise systems and DevSecOps pipelines to automate enforcement and monitoring.
- • Define and manage KPIs to measure control effectiveness, risk reduction trends, and product adoption rates across technical and business teams.
- • Drive automation of evidence collection, measurement, and reporting to deliver decision-grade insights for executive reporting and prioritization.
- • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven narratives and clear communication of product value to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- • Coach and mentor team members and cross-functional partners on product management best practices, agile delivery, and risk-aligned product thinking.
- • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery within cybersecurity and control product teams.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and Zero Trust principles to guide product design and compliance alignment.
- • Ensure all product deliverables support measurable improvements in control coverage, effectiveness, and overall cybersecurity risk posture.
- • Deliver real-time visibility into cybersecurity risk and control performance through automated dashboards and reporting tools.
- • Maintain a product roadmap that is clearly aligned with evolving regulatory demands, threat landscapes, and enterprise risk priorities.
- • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed control requirements into software development lifecycles and cloud-native environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related roles
- • Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale products or platforms
- • Strong product management fundamentals including strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery
- • Experience with iterative, outcome-based delivery and KPI-driven execution
- • Ability to decompose complex problems and deliver scalable, structured solutions
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- • Annual compensation range of $120,000.00 - $193,725.00 based on experience and qualifications
