  • • As a Digital Project Manager at Jellyfish, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful onboarding of new clients and the seamless execution of ongoing projects for a diverse portfolio of existing clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their digital marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • • You will possess a strong foundational understanding of core Project Management Activities and demonstrate the ability to implement these effectively with minimal direct supervision from more experienced project managers. While you will be capable of supporting estimates and the development of 'Productized' Statements of Work (SOWs), you will receive guidance and support for more complex and custom client engagements, allowing for continuous learning and development.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass maintaining rigorous basic project control, ensuring all assigned projects meet defined project control measurements. This includes meticulous tracking of project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on course.
  • • You will be responsible for managing the financial health and workflow of multiple Paid Media projects. This scope includes, but is not limited to, projects involving Customer Experience (CX) optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, and web development initiatives. Your financial acumen will be crucial in monitoring project budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring profitability.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to safeguard the financial and client health of each project. This involves proactively identifying risks, assessing their potential impact, and escalating these concerns to more senior members of the project management team for strategic guidance and intervention.
  • • You will adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and the ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities. This requires excellent organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively to meet competing demands.
  • • You will be expected to identify systemic delivery issues within project workflows and bring these to the attention of more senior project managers. At this stage of your development, the focus is on observation and reporting, rather than independently devising business process improvement suggestions, though your insights will be valued.
  • • Effective communication will be paramount as you liaunt with company partners and cross-functional teams involved in project delivery. This includes collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression and timely resolution of any issues.
  • • You will play a role in implementing project management methodologies, leveraging technology, and exploring the application of AI tools to enhance client project delivery and efficiency. This involves staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging tools that can benefit our clients.
