Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Digital Project Manager at Carwow Ltd, you will be instrumental in bringing creative visions to life within Moshi, our dynamic in-house creative agency. This pivotal role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and successful delivery of a diverse array of creative campaigns, ranging from digital and print to influencer activations, video, photography, social-first projects, TVCs, ATL campaigns, and event management. You will be the central point of contact, collaborating closely with internal business units, external agencies, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results. Your work will directly contribute to Carwow's mission of becoming the premier destination for car-changing, impacting how millions of people interact with the automotive industry through innovative and engaging content.
- • In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will meticulously manage the entire lifecycle of cross-platform creative content. This involves taking ownership of client relationships, guiding projects from initial kick-off through to final delivery, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) and agreed-upon service levels are consistently met and exceeded. You will be the guardian of project operations, expertly managing budgets, proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential roadblocks, and providing structured, timely status reports to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Your ability to navigate complex project landscapes and maintain clear communication will be paramount.
- • A significant part of your role will involve fostering strong, collaborative relationships across various internal teams. You will work hand-in-hand with UK Sales, Campaign Management, Ad Operations, Editorial, Design, Development, and the film team, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial growth of the company by assisting the Partnerships sales teams. This support will include contributing to pitch proposals through creative ideation, developing realistic timelines, crafting compelling mock-ups, and providing accurate budget estimates, thereby directly influencing new business opportunities.
- • You will also be responsible for the independent management of clients and their projects, ensuring their successful and profitable execution. This client-facing aspect requires a blend of strong project management acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be adept at understanding client needs, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that align with both creative objectives and business goals. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and your commitment to client satisfaction will be key differentiators in this role.
- • The Moshi team itself is a vibrant and growing collective of talented individuals, including Designers, Creatives, Project Managers, Producers, Strategists, and Event Managers. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within this dynamic environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in production and project management, complemented by extensive experience in client-facing roles, enabling them to effectively lead and inspire.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced, innovative company that is disrupting a traditional industry. You will gain invaluable experience in managing a wide spectrum of creative projects across multiple platforms and industries, deepening your expertise in production, client management, and strategic campaign execution. You will have the autonomy to shape your career path, experiment with new approaches to automotive marketing, and contribute significantly to the commercial success and brand evolution of Carwow. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge production and sustained commercial achievement, you will make a tangible impact and play a vital role in Carwow's ongoing growth and expansion.
